The National Indoor League got underway at Abbotstown on Saturday, the 13th. Apologies for last night`s Fake News, the report was built around last years results! (Yesterday`s not yet to hand!). Also Indoors Eoin Pierce was 3rd in last weekend`s BMC Indoor GP in Sheffield over 1500 in 3.53.48.
On Thursday the 11th (results only now Jan 15th released?) the NIA Live Series took place in Abbotstown. Clonliffe results 400 race 4: 1st Rebecca Fitzsimons 62.06, 4th Lauren Carr 64.00, race 5 1st Rapha Diamond-Ebbs 64.00. 800 Cian Bolger 2.05.24, Mile Greg Hosseny 4.38.71, 3000 6th Craig Giles 9.08.38, 7th Declan Power 9.15.63.
Today, Jan 13th on the country the BHAA season continued with the Bank of Ireland races in Tymon Park where Sean Doran was 5th (22.52) in the 4 mile with Colm Doran running 32.02. In the women`s 2 mile Yvonne McDonagh ran 13.59 and Melissa Curran 15.31.
