Also that evening Sean Heaslip Owens won his race in London at the Wimbledon Hercules AC Night of 1500s in a 4.10.63 PB.
Pat O’Grady was in impressive form on his return to the Clonliffe fold placing 17th overall and 1st M60 in 18.26 in the Star of the Sea 5k also on May 28th. Garrett Loy was 20th (18.34) and David Brady 21st (18.43).
May 30th at the Balbriggan Summerfest 5k Anto Doran was 6th (18.19) and Katie Halpin 5th woman (21.00).
