Niamk Kelly ran a superb 3 second 800 pb at tonight’s NIA Live meet in Abbottstown. Running in a stacked heat Niamh dug deep to finish in 6th place in a time of 2.15.89. This puts Niamh into the Clonliffe all-time top 20 in 19th spot.
In sprints Adam Festus ran identical times in both series 1 and series 2, 7.56 finishing 4th and 5th! Katherine Markey was 4th in series 1 (9.15) and went quicker in series 2 (9.09).
Finally in the juvenile races Ava and Lucy Fagan ran in the U/11 – U/12 600s, Ava finishing in 4th place in heat 3 while Lucy was 7th in heat 2.
