After yesterday’s reporting glitch the results (this year’s!) are now in. Saturday 13th Jan round 1 of the Indoor League in Abbotstown. The men top the standings after three wins with the women placing 6th. The wins came from Leo Morgan in the 60 in 7.01, Rolus Olusa 60h 8.51 and in the long jump by Keith Marks 7.03m. Good points were also won by Dave Donegan pole vault 3.10m for 3rd place and likewise from Rory Gunning this time in the shot 10.64m also for 3rd and 5th place in the 800 by Harrier of the Year Greg Hosseny (2.04.53).
Leah Moore was the star of the day for the women winning the 60 (7.66). Snezana Bechtina was 4th in the long jump (4.90m) and 7th in the 60h (11.58) and Hannah Browne 6th in the 800 (2.32.15).
In the guest races firstly in the 60s Keith Pike 7.11 and 7.08, Keith Marks 7.08 and 7.06 and Isreal Ibeanu 7.32. Emma Mikey ran 2.26.32 in the 800 and Marcin Klinzow in the shot 11.17m.
