Juvenile athletes (Gerry, Mick/Noel and Ray`s groups) will be training at the National Indoor Arena on Tuesday next, the 14th. Meet there at 7.00pm sharp, the cost per athlete in €5.00. Remember bring plenty of drinks, warm up gear, t shirt/singlet for session and 5mm spike length maximum (if you`ve been racing cross country please clean your spikes). No training in Santry for these groups. Training for Gladys`group in Santry as usual.
