PBs for Meghan and Lee in Antrim Half, plus round up

Meghan O’Keeffe took the best part of 2 minutes off her half marathon PB in this morning’s Antrim coast half marathon as she clocked a time of 1:28.30, finishing 400th overall and 46th woman. Lee Duddy took almost 10 minutes off his PB as he ran 1:25.04.

Also in Antrim John Torsney 1:28.32, Tom Griffin 1:31.13 and Dave Comiskey 1:36.06.

Also today, the 25th, Garrett Loy placed an excellent 3rd in the Rossin Rovers Heritage 5k Road Race in Slane, Co. Meath.

Missed last weekend was the performance of Megan Comiskey in the U/20 Swiss national championships held in Langenthal winning two silvers. Megan took silver in the hammer with 44.79M and on Sunday did likewise in the discus (38.94).
