Across the water track racing returned tonight with the Comeback 5000 races hosted by Belgrave Harriers at the Battersea Park Arena. The event featured two Clonliffe athletes currently living in London. Both well and truly hit the ground running as first off Eoin Pierce recorded an 11 second PB of 14.22.78 then Orna McGinley knocked about 50 seconds off her PB running 18.07.52 placing her 10th on the Clonliffe all time list.
