This time moves couple up into 2nd place, overtaking Alistair Cragg, on the Clonliffe all-time list with Niall Bruton’s club record of 3.35.67 now firmly in his sights.
In the USA today Craig Duffy finally got a wind legal 100 under his belt and as expected ran a new PB of 10.74 in taking 3rd place in the Farley inter regional extravaganza at Williams College, Massachusetts.
