Two of the club’s newer members showed continued improvement by recording 10k PB’s in last night’s Run in the Dark race in central Dublin. Enya Hand ran 44.28 and Sarah Owens 48.05, both were PB’s by several minutes. It’s great to see their hard work in training paying off.
