PB’s in the US

News in of some excellent performances by the club’s USA-based athletes in recent days. Newly minted Clonliffe Harrier Kyran Maher competing for the University of New Hampshire yesterday, April 27 at a pre-conference meet in Durham, New Hampshire vaulted to a new PB of 4.55m. That performance is the 4th best on the Clonliffe all-time performance list.

On Friday, April 26, Gavin Cougle (Butler) ran a 200 pb in winning his race in Louiseville of 21.41 which moves him into 4th position on the Clonliffe Harriers all time ranking list. On Saturday Gavin was in 4 x 400 relay action with a 46.80 split.

Craig Duffy at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic ran a 10.76 “pb’, however the wind of 2.7 was in exces of the legal limit. Craig also anchored the Brockport 4 x 100 team to a win in 42.66.

Last weekend Davey Davitt clocked two outdoor best times, 200 (22.58) and 400 (48.96), for good measure Davey also took in the 400 hurdles clocking 54.50
