On Saturday evening (May 15th) Tom Pitkin in his first conference for Butler took a fine silver in the 400H in Geneva, Ohio in 52.41.
Also in the USA yesterday Dave Fitzmaurice broke his 10 year old 5000 pb recording an excellent 14.16.48 finishing 5th in the A race at The Night of Trials, Jersey City in the land of The Boss, New Jersey.
Sunday Mark McDonald travelled to Belfast for the North Belfast Harriers day of 5000, winning his race (basically a time trial) in 15.48.
