Saturday has been a quiet enough day on the road race in front. Tudor Mireca clearly was showing no ill effects from the Waterford marathon last weekend as he headed west out to Achill Island for the half marathon, and undoubtedly being Achill it included the odd hill or two! Tudor won 70.52.
Aside from that the only other road action was a couple of Park Runs. (see the Park run website for details)
Sunday: Liam Roarty was in action in the Great North 10k in Newcastle for Gateshead Harriers with a positive 35.43 to take 21st place.
