Today saw a road race in Ireland! Isn’t it brilliant to be able to say that again? The Kilbeggan 10 mile saw Karl Nolan run a PB of 53.41 in 10th place. Also 16th Declan Power 54.58 and Maurice McCrohan 72.57.
In the UK midweek Eoin Pierce got back racing at the BMC Meet in Eltham finishing 2nd in the A 1500 in 3 54.54 on Aug 4th. While on August 1st Liam Roarty won the 5000 B race at the North East Premier League in 16.31.20.
