On the roads today the 10 Miler seems to be the Dish of the Day, first off in Trim the Bewleys 1840 Trim 10 where our man Gary O`Hanlon was 2nd in 51.17 with Tudor Mircea almost 2 minutes behind him in 3rd (53.05). Dave Brady was 20th (58.35) and Anthony O`Brien rac 69.55. Further south the John Treacy 10 Mile took place in Dungarvan where an off form Michael MacDiarmada was 13th in 54.45. Also in this one was Maurice McCrohan running 67.36.
Finally great to report that Jayme Rossister is back racing after a period of injury running for his UK University in yesterday`s versities cross country race in Brighton over 10,000m, a good start back for Jamye finishing in a very positive 8th place.
