Sarah Bateson ran a excellent new Clonliffe Harriers Junior Women’s Mile record of 5.15.15 when finishing 2nd at last night’s NIA Live Meet in Abbotstown. Sarah knocked all of 11 seconds off the previous record set by Hope Saunders in 2014. Fine runs also in this race by training partners Laura Tuite 3rd 5.18.239and Alannah Cooley 4th 5.23.83
Grace Twomey ran her first ever track race in the 800 finishing 3rd in 2.38. Also competing were Leah Bergin in the 200 (Full results not yet available)
