Stephen Rice won another international vest for Ireland today competing in the European Throwing Cup in Split in the javelin. Stephen’s best throw was 67.17 someway off his best to take 9th place.
This evening at the British Milers Club Trafford Grand Prix held in pretty dire conditions Eoin Pierce was well off his best placing 8th in the 800 D in 1.57.87. Jonny Whan in the 1500 B ran 3.54.69, someway off his best to place 10th . Jayme Rossiter took a break from the barriers racing in the 5000 B where he recorded an excellent PB of 14.13.84 for 2nd, bettering his best by almost 7 seconds.
