The weekend round up. Saturday: In Geneva Cira McCallion won her 400 race in 55.16. Timmy Crowe seems to be recovered from the injury he picked up at the European clubs as he ran a season`s best of 47.46 in his 400 placing 3rd. Brian Gregan was 6th in his race in 47.70.
Back on the roads Sean Doran was 3rd in the Glenmore 10 Mile held close to Dundalk in the Cooley Mountains area, a hilly 10 where Sean recorded a time of 59.39. In 4th place was David Brady 61.33.
Sunday and the big road race was the Irish Runner 5 mile in the Phoenix Park. A great turn out of Clonliffe athletes lead home by Declan Power 7th over all and 1st O/45 in 27.01.
