Gary O’Hanlon was 2nd in the Donadea 50k in 3.00.53 with Sean Hehir (MSB) 1st in 2.56.04.
445Also on Saturday the BHAA Cross country season continued with the ALSAA races Yvonne McDonagh was 3rd W45 in the 2 mile. In the 5 mile David Brady was 10th (34.51), Maurice McCrohan 12th M55 and Diarmuid Doyle 5th M60. (That’s all we can see from results, check out full results on bhaa.ie)
In the UK at the Southern indoor championships in Lee Valley Luke Lennon Ford clocked 48.68 when winning his heat but DQd in his semi final.
