On the face of it it looks like it might be a quite enough weekend on the racing front however already Sebastian Longo has been flying the Clonliffe and Argentinian flag in the Eco Wicklow trail race this morning, covering the 19K savage course in 2:10.
Also on Saturday Lee Maginis was 3rd and 1st Master in the Annaghmore Running Festival 5k in County armagh.
At the European Masters in Pescara, Italy Philip O’Doherty enjoyed further success winning M60 half marathon team bronze as he clocked 1:29.58. The other Irish team members were Paul Moran (Rathfarnham) and Tom o’Connor (Liffey Valley)
