Athletics Ireland have today announced the results of the National 10K Championships held in conjunction with the Great Ireland Run on April 15th. As expected the Clonliffe women`s team of Sarah McCormack, Ailish Malone and Louise Hill-Sterling have been declared champions with a combined time of 1:51.08, giving the black and amber ladies a winning margin of just shy of two minutes. The senior women have found a ric vien of form over the Spring months with team bronze in the National cross Country, gold in National 10K and bronze in the National Road Relays hopefully that form will be maintained into the track season as the team steps up to the challenge of the Premier divison of the National League.
