The Charleville Half Marathon, with a very much reduced field, took place today. Sergiu Ciobanu was 5th (67.35) with Karl Nolan 33rd (72.57) in the race which was won by Raheny’s Mick Clohisey (65.10).
Clonliffe’s representatives at the National Juniors in Morton Stadium today was Callum Simpson who finished a tired 14th in 9.21.29 after a long stop, stop, start season! Nicole Lapiy was 5th in the pole vault (2.75) and 7th in the high Jump (1.45)
