At today’s AAI Indoor Games at NIA Abbotstown Shannon Sheehy having recently set a new club indoor High Jump record did likewise in the Long Jump today with a best of 5.65m for 3rd, bettering the previous club record by 3cm. Ariel Lieghio was once again victorious winning the pole vault with a club record equaling 4.00m. Leah Bergin was a comfortable winner of her 400 in a time of 58.85. In the 60m Jeremy Phillips was back in town warming up for Wednesday’s AIT Grand Prix finishing 2nd in 6.86 and in series 2 was 5th in 6.89. Keith Pike ran 7.01.
Rolus Olusa was a busy man: 7.31 in the 60, 8.55 in the 60H and 4.20m in the pole vault.
