With apologies for the delay, at the Lusk AC throws event on Sunday last, June 16th Emma Bryne, in preparation for the up coming National T&F league won the senior ladies shot putt with a new pb of 7.82m she also made in debut in the 28lb weight for distance with a throw of 4.82. Ciara O’Regan in the WFD threw 3.89. In the men’s shot Niall Allen won with a best of of 11.20m. In the WFD he threw 8.54 and in the WFH cleared 4.30m.
