On the roads: Friday the 15th Sean Doran was 11th at the Braveheart 5k RoadRace in Trim, Co. Meath (17.21). Saturday the 16th Castleknock 5k 3rd Conor Healy 16.19.
Also on Wednesday the 13th Ale Hernandez ran a 2.23.06 800 in Madrid.
On the track today at the Le Cheile IMC meet in Maynooth in very windy conditions Leah Moore was 2nd in the A 200 (25.00) and 3rd in the 100 (12.83). In the men’ s 100 A Leo Morgan was 5th (11.30) and Isreal Ibanu 3rd in the B race (11.83). In The 800 Mark McDonald was 6th in the C race in 2.00.67. In The 800 E race Sean Carrigg was 4th (2.06.95). Cathal Doyle ran 1.59.55 placing 6th in the B race.
The C 1500 featured a great Clonliffe battle with Craig Giles taking the win in 4.08.94, Greg Hossenny 3rd 4.10.50 and Aaron Cullen 5th in 4.16.79. Efrem Gidey was 7th in a very good 3000 field (8.41.50).
There was a double win for Clonliffe in the 400 as Data Kervick won the A race in 48.48 and Timmy Crowe the C in 51.60.
