The only action of course at present is overseas. A few Harriers were in action, Luke Lennon-Ford was 8th overall in the 400 at the IFAM Gent Indoors yesterday in 48.48. With no rest for the wicked, Hope Saunders raced again this weekend this time an indoor mile on Friday for Wichita State at Washburn University finishing 14th overall in 5.10.39.
