Friday, the 4th Athboy 5k Paul Keenan was 12th in 16.35. Aoife O’Reilly ran one of her best road races in some time clocking 18.56, Jools Hughes had a fine debut for Clonliffe with a 20.16 and a massive 30 plus seconds PB by Aoife Kinehan of 21.58.
Also on Friday at the Carlingford 5k Fintan Keirns ran 16.13 and Dave Brady 17.29.
