Saturday the 5th: Emma Mitchell ran a pacey 16.17 5k in the Belfast Victoria Parkrun to finish 2nd overall. This was the fastest Parkrun recorded by a woman this weekend in Ireland or the UK. David Fitzmaurice clocked 70.14 while placing 66th in the Indianapolis Half Marathon in the US today.
Sarah McCormack finished 21st in the World Mountain Trail (Up and Down Hill),championships in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 52.47.
