It was a quiet enough weekend on the racing front at home. There were a few Clonliffe athletes in action on the country and on the roads. The final BHAA race of the year was the Vodafone 5k Cross Country in Marley Park yesterday (Saturday the 13th) which attracted a few of the club`s athletes. Top finisher in an impressive 4th place was Sean Doran (18.04), 20th was Philip O`Doherty (19.36).
Also yesterday on the roads the Aware 10k took place in the Phoenix Park. Clonliffe finishers included Dave Brady 36.14 and, the athlete formerly known as Juan Luis Chapman, Jeremy Chapman 39.09.
