Great to see Mark Kenneally back racing today. In glorious conditions Mark took to the roads in the Phoenix Park for the Irish Runner 5 Mile, his first race in several years, to finish 7th in 25.24. Also running was mark Dowling (30.25) Results are on www.myrunresults.com.
Saturday evening in county Donegal David Flynn won the Buncrana 10k in 31.52, some three and a half minutes clear.
On Thursday at the Drogheda and District Graded Meet: 800 B Fergal O`Shea 2.21.81, 800 C Ciara Peelo 2.27.7 and 3000 A Declan Power 9.27.79.
Sunday the Sherlock brothers took in the Castleknock 10k, where Thomas was 3rd (17.03) and Niall 8th (18.40)
