Jonny Whan, after his recent transfer to Clonliffe, continues to impress. After a fine 4.13 mile at the Moyne AC meet over the weekend he ran an excellent 3000 pb of 8.17.95 in the Lagan Valley Meet at the Mary Peter’s Track in Belfast last night to place 3rd.
