Keith Pike sets new club 100 record at AAI Games

At today`s AAI Games in Morton Stadium Keith Pike in finishing 3rd in the 100m set a blistering new Clonliffe club record of 10.72 bettering Alagie Faye`s 10.79 that has stood for seven years.

Other highlights included wins for Ian Rogers in the pole vault with a best of 4.60m, a win for Denise Byrne in the javelin (39.90) with new club member, former Irish International goalkeeper, Jill Moloney 3rd and a win by Ciara McCallion in the 400 (56.31). Kristaps Valters finished 3rd in the A 800 (1.54.23) with Andriu Jenkinson 7th (1.56.17), Mark McDonald 9th (1.58.70). In the B 800 Mounir Bouzaine was 7th (2.01.45) with Dylan Gibbons 11th. 3rd place for Ryan Whelan in the javelin (51.15m), 3rd also for Leah Moore in the 200 (24.99) and 3rd also in the triple jump by Thomas Dorina (12.62m). In the 1500 Edgars Sumskis was 4th in a new pb of 3.56.73, 4th also for Brian Gregan in the 200 (21.55). Other Clonliffe: In the 100 Stuart Roche recorded 11.48 and Isreal Ibanu 11.27.
