It was as we have now become accustomed to, a fairly quiet weekend on the racing front. The only Harriers in action that we are aware of were the Dynamic Duo David Mullen (61.52) and Dermot Faughnan (62.58) in Sunday’s Termonfeckin 10 Mile.
Missed recently was Luke Lennon-Ford’s SB of 47.04 for 400 at the Blackheath and Bromley Harriers Open Meet in Bromley on August 13th. This was Luke’s fastest since 2014 and the fastest 400 recorded by a Clonliffe Harrier in a couple of years.
