Emma Harding has organised a group of going for a nice social 10 mile run in Glendalough on Friday December 27th followed by lunch in Larragh (not sure if Emma`s paying for the lunch, might be best to assume not and bring some funds!). There`s an open invitation to all members to come along. Sounds like a great way to blow off some of the Christmas cobwebs.
