Eugenia Bateson reports: While our secondary schools athletes compete this week in the North, East and West Leinsters, some excellent performances came through today from our U13 athletes in the Fingal Primary Athletics League Finals in ALSSA.
Daire Cronin had a very convincing win in the 6th class 600m for Gael Scoile Roseo.
Adam Phelan had an excellent race with a strong finish to take Bronze in his 5th class race.
Joshua Jennings equally had a strong finish and took 4th place in his 4th class race.
There were approximately 65 schools taking part in this brilliant , but noisy event!!!
Fingal Co Co who have partnered with the Morton Games, indeed Morton Games meet director and club captain Noel Guiden presented the trophy to the winning st. Patrick’s NS, did an amazing job . The event was live streamed on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/live/2_F8Sb_8uqs?feature=shared
