Morton Games is now only around the corner. Next month, July 19th. The Club and our partners are currently working extremely hard to bring the best athletes available to compete against Ireland`s best in our back yard.
International events. Women: 100, 400, 800, 1500, High Jump. Men: 100, 400, 800, The Morton Mile, Albie Thomas 5000, Javelin.
This is a costly event to host, it basically runs on a break even basis, what we have we spend on the athletes. No one working on the meet gets paid a single cent…not even a free post event pint!
So this is where you our club members come in. Please become a “Friend of Morton Games”, the cost is €100. In return your name will appear on the event web site http://www.mortongames.ie and in the event programme, plus you will receive 2 event tickets.
