Clonliffe pairing Stephen Scullion and Mark Kenneally went head to head in the televised Great Manchester 10k Run this morning. As one would expect it was Scullion who prevailed placing 9th in 29.48 from Kenneally 14th in 30.28, in what was the latters second comeback race after a long period of injury.
New Clonliffe signing Tudor Moldohn had a good run in the Strawberry Fair Half Marathon in Enniscorthy finishing 4th in 74.01. Kerri Page won the Malahide 10k in a new pb of 42.07.
Finally,…..wait for it……today……Gary O`Hanlon……won the Newry Marathon in 2.34.15 his 3rd Marathon win this month!! Limerick on May 5th, Kildare on May 12th and Newry May 26th, plus of course Connemara on April 7th.
