News from Spain where today Emer Treacy finished in an excellent 3rd place over the 4,000 distance at the Extremadura Regional Cross Country Championships in Badajoz. The course was very dry and undulating and with the air temperature at just 3c (Irish Weather!) Emer led the first 2k only to be pegged back in the closing stages to finish in a very satisfying 3rd place.
