Today saw Efrem Gidey run his fastest 5k todate in Jingle Bells 5k in the Phoenix Park. Efrem put in a storming run to finish 2nd, and 1st junior, in a very impressive 14.44 only 7 seconds behind KCH’s Eoin Everard. Other Clonliffe included 12th Richie Owens 15 24, 21st Sean Doran 15.43 and 43rd Tom Sherlock 16.14.
