This morning`s BHAA Eircom Cross Country took place in miserable conditions at Cherryfield Park, Firhouse this morning. Non stop rain throughout the day and non stop over night rain made for pretty testing conditions all round. Clonliffe`s Ailish Malone made a winning return to cross country winning the women`s 2 Mile in 12.20, a 4 second winning margin. In the men`s 5 Mile first Clonliffe man was Dublin Master`s O/40 Champion Declan Fahy 6th in 27.42, and 1st O/40. Other Clonliffe included 8th Tom Sherlock 28.22, 18th David Brady 29.29 and Tom`s brother Niall 30th 30.21.
