Club T & F Championship Sunday May 13th Timetable

One of the highlights of the club year takes place on Sunday of next week, the 13th of May. The annual Clonliffe Track and Field club championships. Over recent years this day has brought the whole club together with championships for all sectors of the club – juvenile, senior men and women and masters. A day of relaxed competition and in fact a day which always throws up a top class race or two, traditionally this has been the men’s 800. The action gets underway with the juvenile competition from 2.30 p.m. with the seniors from 3.30pm.

Senior Competition

3.30 p.m. – Men pole vault

3.45p.m. -senior women 200m

3.50 p.m. – senior men 100m

3.55 p.m. – senior women 800m

4.05 p.m. – senior men 800m

4.10 p.m.-Senior women 3,000m

4.25 p.m.-Men and women long jump

4.25 p.m.-Senior men 1500m

4.35 p.m.-Senior women 400m

4.40 p.m.-Senior men 400m

4.40 p.m.-Shot putt Men & Women

4.45 p.m.-Men and women high jump

4.45 p.m.-Senior/Master men 3,000m

5.00  p.m. – Medley mixed fun relays

Please note that there must be a minimum of three Clonliffe athletes to constitute an event being a club championship. Guests are of course welcome.

Please further note that all times are approximate and may be subject to change on the day. It is vital therefore to be in attendance from the commencement of the championships. Post championships prizegiving will take place in the club event and there will be refreshments on the day.
