In this 1 day workshop, over 4 hours we are offering you the chance to learn and take away the principles of:
– Foam rolling: When and how to use it EFFECTIVELY – Stretching: How to use it to empower your performance – Basics of squatting, benching and chin ups. – Introduction to plyometrics / olympic weightlifting. – Take home Nutritonal programme and video series.
The day will be set to a maximum of 10 people with a minimum age requirement of 16+ years.
