Saturday the 30th: A trio of Clonliffe wins today, in Tipperary Ben Coughlan won the Mooreabbey Milers AC Mile Dash in 4.25. Rob Dowling recorded his maiden win in Abbotstown in the D15RC 5k race winning in 16.45. Also in this one Niall Sherlock 11th (18.44) and 12th Lee Duddy 18.45. In cork Fintan Keirns won the Tramore Valley Parkrun in 16.07.
Sunday the 31st: Sergiu Ciobanu was 2nd in the Grange Fermoy AC New Year’s eve 10k in 31.42.
