Clonliffe Harriers were saddened to hear of the passing of Reggie Walker on March 30th. Reggie along with his brother the late Fraser were members of the Walker family who have a long association with the club, both their father and grandfather also served the club with distinction. Reggie served as a Committee member and Assistant Treasurer for some time. The Walker family are remembered in Clonliffe with the annual running of the Walker Cup 4 mile, first ran on July 10th 1966 and now part of the Grand Prix Series. Clonliffe extend our sympathy to Reggie’s family.
