The national Junior and U/ 23 championships took place in Tullamore today bringing success for the clubs athletes and gold medals back to Santry.
Keith Marks won U/23 long jump gold (6.92), gold also for Alannah Cooley U/23 800 in a PB of 2..20.15 and gold also U/23 3000 sc for Sean Carrigg (9.59.53). Thomas Pitkin win the U/23 400 in a fast 47.78. Greg Hossney was 10th in the 1500.
In the juniors Jordan Byrne won 3000 sc gold (10.04.95) Daniel Stone was 6th in the 3000 with a fine 8.44.18 and Sarah Bateson ran a 1500 PB of 4.53.61 for 6th place.
