Regrettably news has reached us of the sad passing of another Clonliffe Harrier. Tom “the Bosh” Boshell has died in the USA. Tom was an active Harrier in the years from 1965 to 1982, before he left these shores for the United States. He was the club novice cross country champion in 1970. John O’Leary in his “60 seconds with a Harrier” recalled Tom, Maurice Ahern and himself representing Clonliffe on the Jimmy Magee “Match Play Quiz” on RTE radio. Our sympathies go to Tom’s family and friends.
