There are upcoming national competition opportunities towards the end of the month. On March 24 the national spring throws competition takes place in Tullamore Harriers Stadium. Entry is now open through entry.athleticsireland.ie .
That same day, Sunday the 24th, the National 10 KM Road championships take place incorporated in the Dunboyne 10k (entry myrunresults.com)
On April 28 the national road relays return to Raheny Village with relay races for senior men (2 X 1 X 3 X 2), senior women (1 X 2 X 1), and master men and women (1 X 2 x 1). More on that in due course.

May 18th – national 5K Championship – Phoenix Park.
June 23rd – national 5 mile championship – Phoenix Park.
July 21st – national 10 mile championship – Phoenix Park.
