Weekend round up (updated)

A quiet enough weekend so far. Our USA exports were in action this weekend, yesterday (Friday the 13th) Aaron Hanlon was the 1st scorer for Providence at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin XC placing 119th in 24.54. Brian Flanagan also put in a solid shift for McNeese  today Saturday at the Princeton Invitational in New Jersey finishing 70th in 25.14 and being 4th scorer for The Cowboys.

At the Donade 10k on Saturday Brian MacMahon had another really good run to 2nd place (33.09) with Karl Nolan 4th (36.32). Also the BHAA Cross Country season got underway with The Teachers XC, some Clonliffe results to hand thanks to Tom Sherlock: 1st by a substancial margin was Colm Rooney, 7th Sean Doran, 13th Tom Sherlock. Also on Saturday Liam Roarty in England ran the Gloucestershire League at Crypt School, Gloucester yesterday for Cheltenham Harriers where he finished 21st out of 205 finishers in a time of 31:00 and 8th finisher for Cheltenham.

Sunday and Sean Doran was back at it again winning the Glenmore 5k in 16.03.
