Up the hills and on track for the Harriers over the course of the weekend. First off the Slieve Donard Race, which was a trail for the World Mountain Championships on Saturday the 20th, was won by Sarah McCormack. In the mens race James Keavan was 4th with Brian Mac Mahon 5th.
Also on Saturday at Parliament Hill in London the Highgate 10,000 night of PBs Declan Power was just off his pb running a time of 33.00.49 placing 19th in the D race.
Also on track, yesterday, Jayme Rossister ran 9.13.03 in the 3000 sc at the Loughborough International.
