Saturday Gary O`Hanlon continued his recovery from last week`s Dingle Marathon, or his build up to the Dublin Marathon, depending on which way you look at it, with a win in the Flatline Athlone Half Marathon in a course record of 69.55, almost three minutes clear of the field. Anthony Flannery placed 31st (80.01)
Sunday at the Maynooth 5k Ailish Malone was first woman in 17.58, remarkably she was 7th overall!
