Aviva Leinster Schools returns to Santry

The Aviva Leinster Schools Cross Country Championships return to Santry on Wednesday the 12th with a 12 noon start. This is the third successive year that the Aviva Leinster Cross County finals have been hosted by Clonliffe Harriers in Santry Demesne, thanks to the assistance and co-operation of Fingal County Council.

The timetable for Wednesday is as follows:

12 noon Minor Girls – 1500m (1 large lap)

12.15 p.m. Minor Boys – 2000m (2 small laps)

12.30 p.m. Junior Girls – 2000m (2 small laps)

12.50 p.m. Junior Boys – 3000m (2 large laps)

1.10 p.m. Inter Girls – 3500m (2 small laps plus 1 large lap)

1.30 p.m. Inter Boys – 4500m (3 large laps)

1.55 p.m. Senior Girls – 2500m (1 small lap plus 1 large lap)

2.15 p.m. Senior Boys – 6000m (4 large laps)

Clonliffe Harriers are providing the course and on course marshalling. Course builders to meet at 8 a.m. in the Clonliffe car park. All stewards to meet at Clonliffe clubhouse at 11 a.m. for safety briefing with safety officer Alan Worrall.
